Shipping & Return Policy
DELIVERIES
Once payment is complete, verified, and stock is available on the website, we ship your purchases within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Deliveries are made via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout. If you have any questions or comments regarding your order, our experienced customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Our shipping price will depend on the weight. Our system will automatically adjust the shipping price based on the weight of your cart.
France & Monaco
For France, shipping costs will be free as soon as the basket reaches 65 euros!

For Belgium, your options are Mondial Points Relais or Mondial Relay for home delivery!
Germany
We offer only home delivery for Germany with Mondial Relay!
Italy
For Italy, we only offer Mondial Points Relais and Mondial Relay (Home Delivery)!
Austria
For Austria, our only options are Mondial Relay which will deliver directly to your home. Once shipped approximate delivery time is between 3-5 days!
Spain
For Spain we offer both Mondial Points Relais and Mondial Relay (Home Delivery)!
Morocco
Shipments to Morocco are processed every 1 to 2 weeks depending on order volume. We strive to maintain weekly shipments to ensure prompt delivery.
Delivery to Morocco includes two stages:
- International transport from France to Morocco (calculated upon ordering according to weight)
- Local delivery by Amana from our Moroccan warehouse to your address (payable on delivery)
For payment on delivery, please contact us on Instagram. Please note that for payments in Moroccan dirhams upon delivery, the rate applied is €1 = MAD 11.2 due to bank conversion fees. To benefit from the best rate, we recommend paying online.
Note: Amana fees are not included in your order amount and will be payable upon delivery.
RETURN REFUND
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the non-professional individual Customer has a period of fourteen ( 14 ) working days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty, with the exception of return costs, for the purpose of exchange or reimbursement. And in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
However, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within at least fourteen ( 14 ) days following notification of the Customer's decision to withdraw to the Seller:
- The product must be unused.
- The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Perishable goods, for example, cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not permitted for return:
* Certain health and personal care products
The right of withdrawal can be exercised:
- By email at team.seukin@gmail.com
- By notifying the Seller of the unambiguous expression of the Customer's wish to withdraw while indicating the order number of the contract concerned.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Reimbursement will not be taken into account if:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the Customer by the Seller. This acknowledgment will specify the procedures to be followed by the Customer.
The customer has fourteen (14) days from the communication of his decision to withdraw to return in perfect condition the goods which have not given satisfaction.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded; in the event of a partial return, only the returned product will be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us with a photo of the product to team.seukin@gmail.com . We will also let you know whether your exchange is approved or declined by email.
If approved, please send your article to the address provided by email.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the address provided by email.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
As the Products may be returned by post due to their technical characteristics, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact the postal services to find out the amount of the return costs.
We advise the Customer to use a tracking number in order to confirm the correct delivery of the return.
To facilitate this process, we also advise the Customer to include their order number and first name/surname in the return package. Otherwise, we may not be able to identify them.
