Shipping & Return Policy

DELIVERIES

EUROPE

We currently ship from France to the following countries: France, Austria, Belgium, Monaco, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal .

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your basket and are displayed at checkout.

If you live in another European country not listed here, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours , excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

MOROCCO

We ship to Morocco every Sunday . As long as your order is placed before Saturday 11:59 PM (France time) , it will be shipped the following Sunday.

Shipments take place in two stages :

  1. From France to our warehouse in Morocco .
  2. From our Moroccan warehouse to your home .

No customs taxes or VAT are required on your part - we take care of it all.

The only costs to consider are:

  1. Delivery costs automatically calculated by our shopping cart at checkout (excluding local delivery).
  2. Local delivery costs with Cathedis, generally around 35 MAD.

We also accept cash on delivery orders. For this payment method, please contact us on Instagram before placing your order.

⚠️ Important for payment on delivery: the conversion rate applied is 1 EUR = 11.2 MAD due to bank charges.

    RETURN REFUND

    In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the non-professional individual Customer has a period of fourteen ( 14 ) working days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, with the exception of return costs, for the purpose of exchange or reimbursement. And in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

    However, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within at least fourteen ( 14 ) days following notification of the Customer's decision to withdraw to the Seller:

    • The product must be unused.
    • The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
    • The product must be in its original packaging.

    If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    Certain types of goods are not permitted for return. Perishable goods, for example, cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Other items not eligible for return:

    * Certain health and personal care products

    The right of withdrawal can be exercised:

    • By email at team.seukin@gmail.com
    • By notifying the Seller of the unambiguous expression of the Customer's wish to withdraw while indicating the order number of the contract concerned.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

    Reimbursement will not be taken into account if:

    * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.

    * Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

    An acknowledgment of receipt will be communicated to the Customer by the Seller. This acknowledgment of receipt will specify the procedures to be followed by the Customer.

    The customer has fourteen (14) days from the communication of his decision to withdraw to return in perfect condition the goods which have not given satisfaction.

    If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded; in the event of a partial return, only the returned product will be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.


    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.


    Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

    Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.


    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us with a photo of the product to team.seukin@gmail.com . We will also let you know whether your exchange is approved or declined by email.

    If approved, please send your article to the address provided by email.


    Shipping

    For deliveries via Mondial Relay Point, we will select the nearest relay point to your home. Please note that if the package is not collected within the allotted time and is returned to us, we will only refund the cost of the products, excluding delivery charges. To return your product, you must send it to the address provided to you by email. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time required to receive an exchanged product may vary. As products may be returned by post due to their technical characteristics, it is the customer's responsibility to check with the postal service regarding the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to confirm proper delivery of the return. To facilitate processing, we also advise the customer to include their order number and first and last name in the return package, otherwise we may not be able to identify them.
